Prenatal & Postpartum Massage

Care for your body as it grows, births and heals

Safe, nurturing massage for pregnancy and postpartum — relieving discomfort, supporting recovery, and helping you reconnect with yourself.

Pregnancy and postpartum are times of incredible transformation — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Massage therapy can help ease that transition by releasing muscle tension, calming the nervous system, and creating space for you to feel grounded and supported.

Whether you’re easing low back pain, swollen feet, or postpartum tension from feeding and holding your baby, every session is customized to what your body needs most.

We’ll take time at the start of each appointment to discuss your comfort level and positioning preferences. Specialized pregnancy bolsters and side-lying techniques ensure that you and your baby are always supported and safe.

Prenatal Massage

Ease tension. Support your changing body. Connect with your baby.

As your body adapts to pregnancy, muscle and joint strain can build — especially in the low back, hips, and shoulders. Prenatal massage helps improve circulation, reduce swelling, and promote deeper rest.

Common benefits:

  • Relief from back, hip, and neck pain

  • Reduced swelling and leg cramps

  • Improved sleep and relaxation

  • Lower stress and anxiety

  • Enhanced connection to your body and baby

Thank you for providing exceptional massage therapy care throughout not only my pregnancy, but postpartum journey as well. Additionally, thank you for your great doula support & care as well. You won’t be disappointed to have Lori as part of your overall wellness pregnancy and postpartum massage therapist or/and doula!

  • Relief from upper body, neck and shoulder tension

  • Reduced swelling and fatigue

  • Improved hormone balance and circulation
