Helping you reconnect with your body and soul through Massage, Craniosacral, and Sound Healing.
Hey – I’m Lori, a Registered Massage Therapist based in Steinbach, MB. My approach blends science and soul — supporting your body’s natural rhythm, nervous system balance, and emotional well-being.
My Story
I’ve been curious about the body and healing for as long as I can remember. In my early twenties, I found myself drawn to alternative ways of supporting health — approaches that looked beyond Western medicine and asked deeper questions. I wanted to understand the root cause of physical and emotional pain, the “why” behind it all — the story beneath the surface.
That curiosity fits perfectly with my Virgo nature — always wanting to understand the root cause and bring things back into balance. My intuitive, heart-led side keeps me attuned to what’s beneath the surface, creating space for people to reconnect with their body and inner calm.
Motherhood helped ground the direction I was already moving toward. While pregnant with my first child, I worked at a holistic healing center and realized how much I loved being part of a space where people came to heal. That experience inspired me to study Massage Therapy, combining hands-on work with my passion for holistic health.
By the time I graduated, I was pregnant with my second child and deeply immersed in supporting women through the transition into motherhood. I studied prenatal and postpartum massage, became a doula and birth educator, and began working with infants as well. Those early years were devoted to nurturing others — body, mind, and spirit — while learning to nurture myself in the process.
While studying Massage Therapy, I was first introduced to Craniosacral Therapy and later began studying it more deeply alongside my focus on supporting mothers. It just made sense to me — a form of bodywork that blended science and structure with intention and intuition. Through it, I learned to follow the body more closely, to tune in to clients on a deeper level, and to trust what my hands were sensing.
After five years fully immersed in birthwork, I signed up for a sound healing training purely for my own healing and nervous system support. It reawakened my love of music and singing, and I was deeply moved by how the crystal bowls affected the energy body, nervous system, and emotional state. Sound became another form of energy work — a way to reconnect to deeper parts of self through vibration and frequency.
These experiences — from bodywork to sound and everything in between, from motherhood to my own evolution — have shaped how I hold space today. My approach is grounded in the physical, attuned to the energetic, and open to whatever unfolds. I see this work as a lifelong journey of growth, exploration, and helping others reconnect with their own truth.
My Approach
My approach is simple. Whether you come for massage, craniosacral therapy, sound healing, or a blend of all three, I listen — to your needs and to your body’s innate wisdom. Each session is tailored to you and where you’re at in the moment.
Sometimes that means working on a physical level to release tension; other times, it’s about supporting the nervous system or helping energy move where it’s been held. My work combines therapeutic touch with intuitive awareness, gently supporting the body’s natural ability to find balance and ease.

A little more about me...
When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find me out in nature — riding my dirt bike through the trails, spending time with my kids and partner, or simply soaking up the quiet of the outdoors.
Staying active is a big part of who I am; I love strength training and exploring new hobbies that keep life interesting. Some of my current favorites include brewing beer, diving into astrology, hunting and playing guitar.
I live with my partner and kids in Morris, Manitoba, where we’re surrounded by the slower pace of small-town life.
